TSC Notary, LLC was established in 2015 by Edwin & Sylvia Rivera. They are professional, experienced and knowledgeable notary signing agents and as a power couple, are committed to serving the needs of their clients and most importantly they love to do it excellently.
Why TSC Notary, LLC
It is our priority and responsibility to triple-check the loan documents prior to departing the closing table so that there are no setbacks due to any missed signatures, initials and/or dates. TSC ensures delivery of the package in a timely manner and the ultimate goal is to guarantee the signing process proceeds flawlessly and trouble free.

Edwin Rivera
Edwin Rivera Jr. has 14+ years of loan signing experience and takes pride in serving others effectively by ensuring a smooth and fun signing experience with his clients. He is currently certified as a loan signing agent through the National Notary Association (NNA) and is certified to execute Remote Online Notarizations (RON) in the state of Florida.
Edwin serves as a leader in his local church in Apopka, Florida.
He enjoys watching and playing sports, swimming, and adventuring to new places with his wife Sylvia and their children.
Edwin also takes pleasure in encouraging and motivating others.
Sylvia Rivera
Sylvia Rivera has 6 years of knowledge experience of the loan signing package and performs all of the administrative tasks for
TSC Notary, LLC. She has been an active notary signing agent for 3 years and takes pleasure in serving others by providing a most delightful and pleasant signing experience with her clients.
Sylvia is currently certified as a loan signing agent through the National Notary Association (NNA) and is a Loan Signing System (LSS) certified student. Along with her husband, Edwin, she serves as a leader in her local church in Apopka, Florida and volunteers for various non profit organizations.
Sylvia enjoys adventuring to new places and spending quality time with her husband Edwin and two children. She loves to read books and write along with gardening, cooking, and encouraging others.
